Description

Thomas George William Curtis was a chef from Mancot in Flintshire. He joined the First Battalion of The Royal Welch Fusiliers and was killed on 27 May 1940, aged 24. He is remembered with honour at the St. Venant Communal Cemetery in France. His brother Dick died at Dunkirk on 24 May 1940. A third brother, John, was seriously wounded in Holland in 1944 by a roadside mine, but he survived.
